An Overview of Our Practice

We concentrate our efforts on issues involving:

  • Land use and development - We will help you address any land use concerns related to your property, including the application for development permits and other matters related to land subdivision, site plan and variance applications. We also handle proceedings involving the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
  • Estate administration and probate - We work with executors, administrators and personal representatives, helping you complete the steps necessary to settle the decedent’s estates in the probate court.
